4th of July Celebration

Saturday, July 4

5 to 9 p.m. Fireworks at dusk.

Main Park, 400 W. Nebraska Street, Frankfort

Giant inflatables, Reptile Rampage, Rainbow the Clown, DJ Don Gray, Carnival Games, Popcorn Wagon, Refreshments by Palermo's.

$10 Wristbands. Includes: unlimited carnival games, giant inflatables, 1 face tattoo, entertainment.

 

Movies On The Green

Wednesday, July 8

"Foot Loose"

Movie begins at dusk (approx. 8:30 p.m.)

Held at Breidert Green (White & Kansas Streets)

Grab a blanket and head out for an unforgettable evening of cinema under the stars. Free popcorn will be served.

 

Senior Picnic & Bingo "Stars & Stripes"

Wednesday, July 22

11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Founders Center, 140 Oak Street, Frankfort

$9 (includes lunch, bring $ if you would like to play bingo).

The theme of this picnic is patriotism, so wear your red, white and blue. Enjoy a special day filled with friends, food & fun!

Volunteers Needed!

The Frankfort Park District is looking for volunteers to help at the 4th of July Celebration, held on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at 5 p.m. at Main Park, 200 S. Locust Street.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
