ZOOM SPANISH CLASSES FOR KIDS  NEW!

Join us right for your living room as we explore new cultures and learn the Spanish language via the interactive Zoom platform!  Younger children will learn conversational Spanish through fun and interactive activities and music while older children will also learn some Spanish phonetics to begin reading and writing in Spanish.  Taught live by a Language in Action, Inc. instructor.  Zoom login information will be emailed to participants before the first class.

Join Bulls Kid Nation and BMO for our virtual programs. Follow along with special basketball drills and activities to take your game and performance to the next level. Play with the Pros

Follow along with Bulls Guards, Shaq Harrison and Ryan Arcidiacono, as they teach the fundamentals of basketball with Coach Kyle. Take each drill step-by-step and improve your skills.

Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to move. Chicago Luvabull, Julia, is teaching the steps to our classic song, “Only the Bulls.” After you master the dance, catch Bulls Kid Nation teaching the proper shooting technique and lockdown defense.

BUTTS & GUTS TONING

A focused workout targeting the lower body, designed to sculpt and firm your core, butt and thighs. This series will include, but is not limited to: squat & lunge variations, fitness balls, resistance bands, and plenty of mat-work (planks, bridges, crunches). ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME – you’ll be working at your own pace to achieve YOUR personal best. Please bring a water bottle, a towel, a yoga mat, and wear comfy workout clothes – we’re gonna get sweaty!

FIT BOOMERS

Formerly Get Fit While You Sit. This class is perfect for “Older Adults” or as a “Starting Point” for beginner exercisers. This class helps battle against osteoporosis, joint and back pain, and falling. When we build muscle, we build bone. When the muscles supporting the spine and the joints are strong and flexible, we have less pain and risk of injury. As we age, our ability to balance declines. Since the consequences of falling for older adults can be severe – even fatal – balance training is essential. Exercises are performed seated and/or standing using chairs, weights, and other equipment, which are provided for you. No previous exercise experience necessary.

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle yoga is a great class for anyone new to yoga or the continuing practitioner. Yoga helps to develop strength, balance and flexibility and helps calm the mind. We will work at a slow and steady pace using blocks and straps to aid in alignment. Friendly to any fitness level!

The Good Morning Stretch Class is designed to empower you to release your muscle tension using gentle, safe and effective stretches on the floor to improve your overall flexibility and mobility which can help to improve postural imbalances and pain. CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga is designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. This class will move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses using a chair for support. Poses are modified so those with health restrictions, decreased range of motion and physical challenges can enjoy the benefits.
