What a great Christmas Present! Winner of three Tony Awards, “GYPSY” is considered by many critics to be the greatest American musical ever written. “Gypsy” is based on the memoirs of Gypsy Rose Lee, a famous burlesque stripper. This show tells the story of Rose, an overbearing stage mother who is determined to break into the big time by pushing a vaudeville career onto her two daughters.

Our 1st stop will be behind the scenes tour of Abt’s Unique Recycling Center, Distribution Center and in-house Security Department. We will visit the Atrium Shops; rest on a massaging recliner and marvel at the largest aquarium in town. You will have time to browse the shops at the Abt Design Center before we head to our 2nd stop Viking Cooking School! You will enjoy a great chef demonstration, learn and enjoy new cooking techniques! Our final stop of the day will be The Viking Cooking School Culinary Shop. The shop features stand mixers and food processors, as well as all the gourmet gadgets needed to assist in a great home cooked meal. Lunch is included-Balsamic glazed mixed green salad, grilled steak and mashed potatoes, individual bourbon fudge cake and coffee, lemonade or water.

CHICAGO AUTO SHOW– McCormick Place
First staged in 1901, the Chicago Auto Show is the largest auto show in North America and has been held more times than any other auto exposition on the continent. This year marks the 104th edition of the Chicago Auto Show. Exhibitions will include: multiple world and North American introductions; a complete range of domestic and imported passenger cars and trucks; sport utility vehicles; and experimental and concept cars as well as numerous aftermarket, accessories and auto-related exhibits; competition vehicles; and antique collector cars.

MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET is the smash-hit musical inspired by the famed recording session that brought together rock 'n' roll icons Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins for the first and only time. On December 4, 1956, these four young musicians gathered at Sun Records in Memphis for what would be one of the greatest jam sessions ever. MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET brings that legendary night to life, featuring a score of rock hits including "Blue Suede Shoes," "Fever," "That's All Right," "Sixteen Tons," "Great Balls of Fire," "Walk the Line," "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On," "Who Do You Love?," "Matchbox," "Folsom Prison Blues," "Hound Dog" and more.

ALWAYS…PATSY CLINE
Theatre At The Center – Munster, IN
Always. . .Patsy Cline is based on the true story of Patsy Cline’s friendship with Houston housewife Louise Seger, who befriended the star in a Texas honky-tonk in 1961, and continued a correspondence with Patsy for the rest of her life. The musical play, complete with down home country humor and true emotion, includes many of Patsy’s unforgettable hits such as Crazy, I Fall to Pieces, Sweet Dreams and Walking After Midnight…27songs in all. The show’s title was inspired by Patsy’s letters to Seger, which were consistently signed “Love ALWAYS…Patsy Cline.’ Before the show, we will enjoy lunch at the Theatre. The lunch menu will include your choice of Fried Pork Cutlet w/Country Gravy OR Braised Beef Pot Roast. Each meal comes with Cream of Chicken Soup, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Peas & Carrots, and Strawberry Shortcake for dessert.
