Amore at Eataly
We have planned a wonderful new bus trip steeped in the flavors and tastes of Italy. We will experience firsthand the sights and sounds of Eataly in Chicago. Eataly is an original “marketplace” where you can shop, taste and savor high-quality, traditional, Italian food products and beverages. This trip begins with a private 90-minute walking tour including various tastings including vegetables, Pizza Napolitano, cheese, salami, fresh pasta, gelato and crèma di caffe’ enough to serve as your lunch. Following the tour, there will be time for further browsing and shopping.

World’s Fair Tour & Miller’s Pub
For one shining moment, Chicago was the center of the galaxy. The world turned its attention fully on one of the most beautiful cities ever built or dreamed for the "Columbian Exposition of 1892". As one author put it, “nothing in Paris, Rome, or London was near as perfect as Chicago’s White City”! Come with us on this bus and walking tour (minimal walking) and experience many of the amazing features of not only this colossal event but the "Century of Progress" in 1933-34 as well! Walk along the fairgrounds of both Fairs and relive what people saw for the first time during these stupendous affairs. Guests will hear great stories including: the race for electricity, the serial killer known as H.H. Holmes, Star Rays from Arcturus and “My friend Elias”. Before the tour we will enjoy lunch at Miller’s Pub – a Chicago favorite since 1935.

Begin your morning with a tour of this National Landmark built in 1873, known for its Victorian charm. Also visit the Old Central Church located on the Jacob Henry Mansion Estate. Then experience a bit of Ireland as you enjoy Aunt Annie’s famous Corned Beef & Cabbage with Potatoes and Carrots. Enjoy Celtic music and sing to Irish songs from “Mulligan Stew”. 42nd Street at the Cadillac Palace
This quintessential backstage musical comedy classic is the song and dance fable of Broadway “We’re In the Money,” “Shuffle Off to Buffalo” and, of course, “42nd Street.” This fantastic musical tells the story of a starry-eyed young dancer who leaves her Allentown home and comes to audition in York. When the leading lady breaks her ankle, Peggy Sawyer takes over and becomes a star. Prior to the matinee performance, we will dine at the wonderful Randolph Tavern, a relaxed, wood-lined American restaurant & bar featuring an elevated pub menu with delicious appetizer and lunch choices.

Laverne & Shirley Tour of Milwaukee
Schlemeil, Schlimazel, Hasenpfeffer Incorporated! Do you know what this means? Find out by taking a fun filled tour of Milwaukee… Laverne & Shirley style. You’ve never been on a tour like this before! You’ll see the Pfister Hotel, the opening shot of the Laverne & Shirley show,
City Hall, the Polish flats where they lived, the brewery where they worked and eventually went out of business and the Fonz statute. Tour the Lakefront Brewery and everyone will receive samples and a glass to take home (Root Beer is available for those who do not consume alcohol). Frank, the loud mouth Italian father of Laverne turned up frequently, as he owned the gang’s favorite hang-out, the Pizza Bowl. So this afternoon you’ll enjoy an Italian Pizza Buffet Lunch complete with salad, garlic bread, non-alcoholic beverage at a local Italian family owned
restaurant. We’ll also take in a game of mini-bowling and see if Shotz Brewery really does
have the best bowlers. Laverne & Shirley are still trying to beat their high school rival, Rosie
Greenbaum, at bowling and need to constantly practice to achieve this (if you are unable to
bowl…you will have just as much fun watching everyone else). After working off our lunch
we’ll need to stop for a custard treat at Leon’s Drive-In, a Milwaukee Tradition. Return home
after a very fun and entertaining day!

Anderson Japanese Gardens
Visit these remarkable grounds of peace and tranquility. You will find beauty and inspiring scenic gardens that will leave you speechless. A guided tour will take us along paths, streams, and bridges through the strolling gardens. Please wear comfortable walking shoes .Good mobility is essential for these walking tours. Benches are located throughout the garden for your relaxation and meditation. A level terrain tour is also an option. Tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. We will enjoy our lunch in the lower level of the on-site garden restaurant.

The Rat Pack - Paramount Theatre
World-renowned actor and comedian Buddy Hackett was a lifelong friend of the Rat Pack. Together, those five guys were the epitome of cool, ruling the Las Vegas strip and creating a smooth style that’s still emulated today. Now, years later, Buddy’s son Sandy Hackett and his crew of crooners are bringing the boys’ timeless Vegas show to the Paramount stage, reminding everyone that the Rat Pack is still one of the hottest acts around. Critics have been saying it for years; with Sandy’s personal connection to Frank, Dean, Sammy and Joey, this show is the closest you’ll ever get to seeing the boys back under the stage lights.
