The Frankfort Park District occasionally has openings for part-time/seasonal staff. These positions may include: early childhood staff, after-school program staff, maintenance staff and building supervisory staff. Any current positions that are available are posted below:
Full-Time Business Manager
The Frankfort Park District is seeking a Business Manager who will be responsible for the management of the financial operations for the District, human resources, information technology and payroll.
Responsibilities: The Business Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for maintaining all financial, human resource records of the District, banking transactions and reconciliations. Additional responsibilities include preparing and filing the annual levy ordinance, overseeing the information technology systems, coordinating general obligation bond sales and acting as an Authorized Agent for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
Qualifications: Individual must possess a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field. Minimum of five years of administrative and supervisory experience in management of sound fiscal programs in municipal or public accounting. Individual must be able to understand and operate computer equipment and financial software. CPR/AED/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Prairie Care Staff (Before & After School Care)
The Frankfort Park District is seeking staff for the Prairie Care Before/After School Program. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have an interest in working with children ages 5-11. Morning Prairie Care hours are 6:15-8:45AM. Afternoon Prairie Care hours are 2:30-6:30PM.
